Privacy Notice
Effective July 31, 2026
Busted Pixel Media LLC (“Busted Pixel Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates RokeLive™ and the RokeLive website. This notice explains how information is handled in the RokeLive app, on the website and through the Early Access program.
At a glance
- The current RokeLive app does not require an account.
- Your seller profile, show records, item details, prices, notes, outcomes and recaps are stored on your device.
- We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs in the app.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Website Early Access submissions are processed separately through Netlify.
Information handled by the app
RokeLive lets you create and manage information about your live-selling workflow. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:
- Your seller name and preferred selling platform
- Show names, dates, preparation status and goals
- Item names, talking points, asking prices and show order
- Live-show timing and item outcomes, such as sold, shown, skipped, rerun or highlighted
- Recap information, notes, reflections and prior-show history
- Inventory information you choose to import from a CSV file or pasted text
This workflow information is processed and stored locally on your device using Apple’s app-storage technologies. Busted Pixel Media does not receive it from the current version of the app. RokeLive does not currently sync this information to a Busted Pixel Media server or CloudKit.
Imports and sharing you initiate
If you import a file or paste inventory text, the selected content is processed locally to create show items. If you use an Apple sharing feature to export a recap or other content, the destination and resulting data handling are controlled by the service or person you choose. We do not receive that shared content unless you deliberately send it to us.
Purchases and subscriptions
If RokeLive offers an App Store subscription, Apple processes the purchase and payment. The app may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock features, restore purchases and display subscription status. We do not receive your complete payment-card information. Apple handles purchase information under its own privacy practices.
Website and Early Access information
When you request Early Access, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your email address
- Where you sell
- What you primarily sell
- How often you go live
Netlify hosts the website and processes Early Access form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website and prevent abuse.
How we use information we receive
We use information submitted to us to:
- Receive, review and administer Early Access requests
- Contact applicants about RokeLive Early Access, invitations and relevant product updates
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy requests
- Operate, protect and improve the website and prevent spam or abuse
- Meet legal, security and recordkeeping obligations
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers only where needed to operate RokeLive and the website. Netlify hosts the website and form system. Apple distributes the app and processes App Store transactions. Service providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices and are expected to protect information consistent with their obligations to us and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information submitted through RokeLive or the website. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
The current RokeLive app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. If this changes, we will update this notice, the app’s consent flow when required, and the App Store privacy disclosures before using the new capability.
Retention and deletion
App workflow information remains on your device until you delete individual records, use the app’s Reset All Data control, or remove the app. Your Apple device or backup settings may retain a separate backup copy under Apple’s controls.
Early Access submissions are retained for as long as needed to administer the Early Access program and for a reasonable period afterward. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to meet legal, security or recordkeeping obligations.
Your privacy choices
You can remove locally stored RokeLive information from the app using Settings → Reset All Data. You can manage an App Store subscription through your Apple account settings.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you submitted directly to us. You may also ask us to stop sending Early Access or product-update messages. Email bustedpixelmedia@gmail.com to make a request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information we receive, including encrypted website connections. Information stored locally by the app is also protected by the security controls you configure on your Apple device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Processing location
We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to their privacy and security practices.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as RokeLive evolves. We will post the revised notice here and update the effective date when changes are made. Material changes to app data handling will also be reflected in the app and App Store disclosures when required.
