For the fastest diagnosis, include your device model, iOS version, RokeLive version, what you expected to happen, what happened instead and the steps that led to the issue.

App requirements

The current RokeLive build is designed for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26.2 or later. Keep your device software and RokeLive updated before reporting a problem.

Your shows and local data

RokeLive currently stores seller preferences, shows, items, notes, prices, outcomes and recaps on your device. The current app does not require an account and does not sync this information to a Busted Pixel Media server.

To remove locally stored RokeLive information, open RokeLive → Settings → Data & Privacy → Erase All RokeLive Data. The first tap opens a separate confirmation; nothing is erased until you confirm. After a completed erase, the app returns to setup. Erasure cannot be undone from within RokeLive. This does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Subscriptions and purchases

App Store purchases are billed and managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in RokeLive Settings if an active entitlement does not appear. To view, change or cancel a subscription, open your Apple account subscription settings.

Launch list

Joining the launch list does not create a RokeLive account or guarantee a specific release date. We will use the email address you provide for launch news and relevant product updates. To update or remove a request, email support from that same address.
