Agreement and Apple license terms

By downloading, accessing or using RokeLive, you agree to these Terms. The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a different license is presented in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement that license. If a provision directly conflicts with Apple’s applicable license terms, Apple’s terms control to the extent of that conflict.

What RokeLive provides

RokeLive is workflow software for preparing, running and reviewing live-selling shows. It can help organize show items, talking points, asking prices, outcomes, notes, recaps and prior-show context.

RokeLive is not a marketplace, payment processor, inventory valuation service, tax service, financial adviser or guarantee of sales, audience, pricing, profitability or any other business result. You remain responsible for your listings, representations, prices, transactions, taxes, platform compliance and business decisions.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use RokeLive lawfully and only for information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or import and for maintaining appropriate device security and backups.

You may not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use RokeLive to facilitate unlawful, deceptive or abusive conduct.

Your content and local data

You retain ownership of the show, item and seller information you enter or import. You give us no ownership interest in locally stored content. The current app stores workflow information on your device, and you are responsible for maintaining any backups you need.

You can delete local information through RokeLive Settings. Removing the app may also remove local app data, subject to Apple device and backup behavior. See the Privacy Notice for more information.

Subscriptions and billing

RokeLive may offer free functionality and an optional RokeLive Pro auto-renewable subscription. The purchase screen will identify the subscription period, current price and features included before you confirm a purchase. Prices and availability may vary by country or region.

• Payment is charged by Apple to the Apple account used to confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically for the stated period unless canceled through Apple.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.
• Use Restore Purchases in RokeLive to restore an eligible purchase on a supported device.
• Refund requests and billing disputes for App Store purchases are handled under Apple’s policies.

Deleting RokeLive does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Product changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features as RokeLive develops. We do not promise that every feature will always remain available or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. For paid subscriptions, material changes will be handled in accordance with Apple’s requirements and applicable law.

Ownership

RokeLive, the RokeLive and Roke names and marks, the app and website design, and the software and content supplied by us are owned by Busted Pixel Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, modify, resell or create derivative works from those materials except as allowed by law or Apple’s applicable license terms.

Apple and third-party services

RokeLive may interact with Apple services or third-party selling platforms. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RokeLive does not replace or modify your agreement with any selling platform. References to third-party services do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RokeLive and the website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Busted Pixel Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of sales opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from or related to RokeLive or the website. Rights and limitations that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using RokeLive at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to services we operate if reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, material breach of these Terms or discontinuation of the service. App Store subscription cancellation remains subject to Apple’s process.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RokeLive evolves. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before revised Terms apply.
